Answer at least four of the following questions:

1. Why did I choose this Mitzvah?
2. Whom or what does it affect?
3. How does it affect me?
4. Did it do something to make me more aware of being a Jew?
5. How do I feel about it?
6. Will I continue to do this - or a similar Mitzvah in the future?
7. Have I learned anything from it or "grown" because of it?

Each Mitzvah Report should be at least one page long. Once you have completed the
project and report, have it signed and dated by a parent or responsible adult and submit it
to the B'Nai Mitzvah Coordinator.
