Cooking from Around the World

Course Description: Learn Kosher Cooking from around the world from one of Beth Am’s Best Chef! Three Days only…may take one class, two classes or all three classes. In September we will learn to spice up your family's Rosh Hashanah celebrations by including fun and delicious Sephardic Traditions. Make your celebration fun, educational and stimulating by utilizing ddifferent fruit and vegetables symbolizing renewal of the New Year. Then in November we will be learning how to make a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, including Vegetarian alternatives. This class will be fun and give you a few educational tips fr making this holiday not only delicious and inclusive, but also interesting and new. Finally in December we are celebrating Hanukkah, the GREEN way. Join a growing number of families who are incorporating GREEN into their Hanukkah celebration with enviro-friendly tips and using the lighting of the Menorah as a reminder to conserve resources. Included in this class are also holiday GREEN recipes and easy tips for going GREEN in the kitchen.

Beit Midrash Program
