JLC Tefillah Curriculum
For Parents: --Lessons below will be followed biweekly after the first few weeks of school. This is an outline of lessons given to teachers to prepare and present. --When talking with your children, remember, there is no single correct view for many questions that arise. --Parents—and teachers—don't need to have all the answers. As Jews we struggle with God, and can change our minds and grow. --Let your teachers know any questions or challenges. We will be glad to address them or pass them on to one of the Rabbis. --These lessons will be adapted for appropriate age levels, from Bet to Zayin. --This is year two of a planned three-year cycle.
