We will be celebrating Jerusalem at 50.
We will have more information at a later date.

The Beth Am Choir started as a “Havurat Zemer” (friends in song) practicing under the direction of Elisheva Edelson, in the summer of 2006.

Since then, the choir has performed in a variety of different venues both at Beth Am and at other events around San Diego, including the following:

Carmel Valley Library
UTC Public Library
Seacrest Village
Jewish Family Services
Yom Hazikaron Memorial
Selihot Service
Holocaust Memorials
Kabbalat Shabbat
Hanukkah candle lighting, Del Mar Highlands Mall

The Choir joined the Jewish Men’s Choir of San Diego for great concerts at Beth Am, performing the beautiful music from Jewish Musical Theatre. and has also participated in the very first JAM Hanukkah Festival Concert at the JCC.

On Sunday, April 3, 2016, we welcomed Kol Sephardic Choir from Los Angeles and our local choir from Congregation Ohr Shalom for our 6th Annual musical concert called Espania Mi Kerida

The choir has a very rich repertoire in English, Hebrew, Yiddish and Ladino.
We meet every Wednesday, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
For more information or to be a part of this musical group, please contact Elisheva Edelson at elisheva@betham.com. See the event calendar.
