Dor L’Dor: Securing Our Future; a Campaign for Beth Am
A campaign to strengthen Congregation Beth Am for this generation and the next by eliminating our mortgage and growing our endowment.
Why Dor L’Dor, Why Now?
“We inherit the dreams and sacrifices of those who came before us.
Now it is our turn to carry that work forward.”
-Rabbi David Kornberg
Congregation Beth Am is in a place of strength and stability, built over decades by those who came before us. Today, we have an opportunity and a responsibility to act intentionally so that Congregation Beth Am can continue to thrive for generations to come. This campaign is about stewardship: securing our foundation so that Jewish life, learning, and community can flourish for generations to come.

Our Two Priorities
Eliminate the Mortgage:
-
A $2 million mortgage balance comes due in 2027. By eliminating it now, we avoid future financial strain and free up more than $260,000 each year, resources that can be reinvested in our people, programs, and campus.
Strengthen the Endowment:
-
Membership dues support our present. A strong endowment sustains our future. Growing the endowment provides long-term stability and ensures Beth Am remains a vibrant spiritual home for generations to come. Our goal is to raise $3 million for our endowment.
What your support makes possible:
- Care for and strengthen our campus
- Invest in youth, learning, and community programs
- Attract and retain exceptional clergy and staff
- Ensure Beth Am’s long-term strength and flexibility
