Staff & Madrikhim
Beth Am goes to great lengths to provide the highest level of instruction possible, including top-notch teachers supported by amazing youth assistants.
Teachers with Heart and Soul
The teachers and staff of Beth Am’s Jewish Learning Center are professional educators with a broad and deep knowledge of Judaica. Equally as important, they love what they do, bringing a contagious enthusiasm with them into the classroom. They care immensely about their students and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure their students have a positive and worthwhile learning experience.
Madrikhim with Character and Spirit
Madrikhim support and assist our teachers and serve as a role models and counselors to the students. In 8th Grade, Madrikhim undergo mandatory teacher training in our Sabra program, helping them learn teaching skills. Working as a Madrikh/a is a wonderful opportunity to stay connected with Beth Am while gaining work experience. The first 75 hours of Mardrikh/a service are completed as a volunteer. After that, Madrikh/a can opt for pay or community service hours.
Please e-mail Rabbi Earne at rabbie@betham.com or call (858) 481-2869 for information on becoming a Madrikh/a.
