Beth Am Mah Jongg

Tiles are shuffled, die are cast, and rituals involving the allocation of tiles - and then the exchange of tiles begin! Be the first person to match a hand of 14 tiles and thus "call mahjong" ends the game, whereupon tiles are scored and a winner is declared!!

Does this sound like fun? Do you play Mah Jongg? Well, if you do, you have two opportunities to play with your Beth Am friends. Join us every Tuesday night in-person at Beth Am or join our virtual group on Thursday evenings.

In-Person Mah Jongg

Tuesday Evening | 6:30 pm (September-May)

Tuesday Afternoon | 4:00 pm (June - August)

“Bam” and “Crak” your way through an afternoon/evening with the Beth Am Mah Jongg group. The Mah Jongg group meets every Tuesday and takes a break from your busy life for a killer game of Mahj! It's lots of fun, and even more fun if you are playing with friends! Anyone can join the Mahj group as long as you already know how to play, and have the current Mah Jongg card.
