All-In Beth Am Retreat Weekend Registration Form

Welcome!
We’re so glad you’re interested in joining us for the All-In Retreat Weekend, taking place January 30th – February 1st in Running Springs, CA. Please complete the form below to reserve your spot. A deposit of $250 is required to secure your place, and you’ll receive a follow-up email with your remaining balance. We’re looking forward to an unforgettable weekend together!

Cost:

Hotel Style Rooms:

These rooms can accommodate 2–3 people
May include 2 queen beds or a queen and a bunk bed
Adults: $370 | Children 4–10 years: $280 | Children 3 years & under: Free

Please note: Hotel-style rooms are intended for individuals, couples, or families with one child—unless you’d prefer to share with another family. Due to the limited number of these rooms, if two individuals are attending, they will need to share a room. Individual rooms will not be assigned unless, after all registrations are complete, there are extra hotel-style rooms available. At that point, we can revisit the possibility of assigning individual rooms.

Cabin Style Rooms:

These rooms can accommodate 4+ people
Feature single beds and bunk beds
Can hold anywhere from 2 to 10 people
Adults: $200 | Children 4–10 years: $160 | Children 3 years & under: Free

Please note: Room assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a limited number of rooms available, so reservations will be processed in the order they are received.

Transportation:

We’re offering a charter bus option for transportation to Running Springs for $60 per person. The charter bus will only be confirmed if there is enough interest. If we do not meet the minimum number of riders, the bus will not run and you will be notified in advance. That said, space is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Hotel-Style Rooms are intended for individuals, couples, or families with one child—unless you’d prefer to share with another family. Due to the limited number of these rooms, if two individuals are attending, they will need to share a room with each other. No individual rooms will be assigned unless, after all registrations are complete, there are extra hotel-style rooms available. At that point, we can revisit the possibility of assigning individual rooms. If you’re coming with a larger family or group, Cabin Style may be the best fit.
