Jewish Sources & Discussion on Racism & Social Inequity: The questions raised in this class have been at the forefront of conversations throughout our country and across political lines in recent months, however the need to respond to these issues is actually not new. Our tradition has always spoken not only to the importance of ritual and rites in our lives, but also to creating a world that is in image of God's original plan and is reflective of the best that we can be. These three sessions will examine our traditional sources, and, while not speaking to politics, will help give us a Jewish moral framework from which to view the world.
