Celebrate Rosh Hodesh Tishrei with Women's Circle!

Tishrei, the month where we celebrate Rosh Hashanah and all of the High Holy Days, is a perfect opportunity to take time to center ourselves and prepare for a meaningful year ahead. Please join us as our very own Rachel Selk leads us in a special Rosh Hodesh ceremony where you will:

• Pause and reflect on your experiences from the past month
• Renew your energy & set intentions for the coming month
• Refill your cup with self-care
• Reconnect with yourself and women in our community

We will experience music, meditation, aromatherapy, writing, creativity and more! Let's build a safe space to empower each other towards balance, personal healing, and growth.

Light refreshments will be served.  All doors will be open to the outside to provide fresh air. 

Cost: $5.00 and is open to all Beth Am women.

Bio: Rachel Selk is a Wellness Educator and Ritual Innovator, with a passion for holistic approaches strongly connected to scientific knowledge. She has over 30 years of interdisciplinary work experience including entrepreneurship, small business organization, project management, IT support, qualitative research, event planning, Jewish education, teaching, and writing. Rachel has a BA from UCLA and an MS from University of Michigan. She lives in Carlsbad with her husband and bichi-poo Shadow, and has 2 beautiful daughters now in their 20s. Rachel also enjoys reading, dancing, hiking, singing, hiking, painting, and 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles!
